Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection & Sustainability wanted to create various campaigns to encourage people to help keep their storm drains, streams, rivers and the Chesapeake Bay free of litter and bacteria.
This is a direct mail piece, asking dog owners to 'pledge' that they will pick up their dog's poop and dispose of it properly, thereby doing their part in keeping the waterways safe and clean for everyone.
